My professional chiropractic practice
is a synthesis of what I have learned the past 31 years as a chiropractor and many years as a researcher. I have seen over 350,000 office visits & contributed to hundreds of experiential seminars & healing events in addition to professional coaching of hundreds of individuals.
I graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) with a certificate in Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Before that I received a master's degree in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and a degree in Psychobiology from Iowa State University. (Yes, 10 years at University...)
As an Office of Naval Research Fellow, my research in neuroplasticity is published in the Brain Research Journal and various other neuroscience, biochemistry, & chiropractic research journals. I am National Board and Wisconsin Board Certified in Chiropractic, and Part 3 Certified in Network Spinal Analysis.
For 12 years, I practiced chiropractic at my Bright Back Centers in Brooklyn & Bellmore, NY. I was part of the Bright Life Center in Viroqua, Wisconsin for 12 years. And, now for the past 8 years I am in my River of Ahz Health & Wellness practice also in Viroqua.

My Philosophy...The River
I believe the power that made us is the power that heals us. It runs through us like a river...a 'river of ahz'! When our life isn't what we want, this flow has been curtailed, blocked or weakened. My gift is to activate this river and give you the resources to make it free flowing and abundant. This flow heals you, animates you and motivates you. You become the person you are here to be. Clinically, this results from your nervous system functioning at a higher, healthier level with greater stability, coordination and plasticity (the ability to rewire, reorganize & rejuvenate).

I often see people in New York, Washington state, Oregon, Norway, Sweden, Spain, France, England, Scotland, Germany and in Denmark. I enjoy serving people wherever I go.
